Objective
The Cloud Support Associate Explainer Animation was created to educate and inspire prospective learners by outlining the high-level responsibilities and career opportunities of the Cloud Support Associate role. The objective was to present the role in a way that was both clear and aspirational, positioning it as an accessible entry point for those beginning their cloud journey.
What we've done
Developed storyboards that mapped role responsibilities into a coherent narrative.
Designed all illustrations, ensuring they aligned with AWS Training & Certification brand standards.
Executed full animation, maintaining clarity, pacing, and consistency throughout the piece.
Creative Process
I began by distilling key responsibilities of the Cloud Support Associate into approachable themes, then crafted storyboards to build a structured narrative. The illustrations balanced professional polish with approachability, ensuring visual clarity for new learners. The animation style emphasized smooth transitions and visual metaphors that reinforced understanding without overwhelming viewers.

Conclusion
This project demonstrated the importance of combining educational clarity with inspiring storytelling. By handling every aspect of production—storyboarding, illustration, and animation—I created a piece that both informs and motivates learners to take the next step in their cloud journey.
